Local Councils identify suitable land and provide them pre-approved for development, at a discounted rate or gifted, thus expediting the building process and making developments more affordable for the community.
Community
We involve the community at every stage of the building process, from design to construction. The community is also able to invest in projects and receive generous returns upon their completion.
Private Sector
By offering low interest rate financing, the private sector contributes to driving down costs of developments and ensures that developments are economically viable long term.
