Investment Tiers and Returns
We offer three investment tiers with guaranteed returns upon successful project completion:

£1,000 Investment: 10% return on investment (ROI)
£10,000 Investment: 20% return on investment (ROI)
£100,000 Investment: 30% return on investment (ROI)

Investment Timeline and Payouts
Investors will receive their returns within one (1) year from the date the building is completed. The completion timeline will be communicated at the time of investment and may vary based on the project.

Project Delays or Cancellation
In the event that a building is not completed within the allotted timeframe or if the project is cancelled for any reason, investors will receive a full refund of their original investment amount. No additional compensation or interest will be paid on refunded amounts.

Risk Disclosure
While we strive to ensure the successful completion of all projects, real estate investments carry inherent risks, including but not limited to construction delays, regulatory changes, and market fluctuations. We recommend that all investors carefully evaluate these risks before committing funds.

Eligibility and Compliance

Investors must be at least 18 years old and comply with all applicable local and international investment regulations.
We reserve the right to perform due diligence checks and reject investments at our discretion.

Investment Process

Investors select their preferred tier and submit the investment amount.
Upon receipt of funds, a confirmation notice and investment agreement will be issued.

Refund Process
